Mentoring and advice
Be assigned a mentor and advisor to support you in the transition process from policing into industry (e.g. security clearance, certification selection, experience exposure and guidance on recognition of prior learning)
Engagement
Successfully be placed as part of the broader Bluerydge team on an engagement designed to engage in industry. Receive support and mentoring by a dedicated senior Bluerydge consultant throughout the experience.
Can Bluerydge sponsor my security clearance?
Bluerydge will sponsor and hold your security clearance to ensure that you are appropriately cleared to work in sensitive environments where a security clearance is required.
I am still currently serving, can Bluerydge help me transition out?
Bluerydge is dedicated to assisting policing professionals transition to a civilian role with us while limiting the stress and concerns during the process. We will sit down with you and formulate a transition plan, including a timeline and actions required to support you in joining the team.
