Bluerydge is now a supporter of Fortem Australia and its Career Management Program. Fortem develops and provides comprehensive, and integrated wellbeing support to first responders and their families/ inner circles. Working with supporter companies, Fortem’s Career Management Program is geared towards developing new strategies and processes that promote recruitment and employment retention of first responders as well as creating a supportive workplace culture.
