Following Bluerydge‘s recognition as Outstanding Employer of the Year at the 2022 Prime Minister’s National Veterans’ Employment Awards, we received a special invitation to the ADF Transition Seminar in Melbourne this October. This invitation came through the Veteran Employment Program, and we were grateful for the opportunity.
As part of our participation in this program, Bluerydge engaged with ADF members at the seminar, offering valuable insights and advice about transitioning to civilian employment. Our primary role at the seminar was to serve as a real-world example of an employer committed to recruiting and supporting veterans, demonstrating that a successful and fulfilling career beyond the ADF is very much attainable!
