Bluerydge had the honour of attending the ADF Reserve Employer of the Year awards for the ACT/SE NSW Region, represented by Jim Boekel and Ben Shepherd.
These awards are very meaningful to us as our workforce includes veterans, the vast majority doing reserve work for the ADF. We congratulate all the winners and nominees alike, and possibly the most pleasing statistic was the fact that new records were set with the number of nominations – we are so thrilled to see such huge number of employers prioritising their Reservists and the incredible service they provide to the nation!
Additionally, we are also extremely proud to be recognised as a Silver level Supportive Employer by the ADF Reserves and Employer Support team. This is recognition of our commitment to our Reserve workforce, as “The new Supportive Employer Program recognises those employers and businesses that go above and beyond to support their Australian Defence Force reservist employees and their role in serving Defence’s mission in advancing Australia’s national interests.”
