Bluerydge Celebrates Family Day: Strengthening Team Bonds Beyond Work

At Bluerydge, we believe that a strong team is built on strong relationships—both in and out of the workplace. As our community continues to grow, we marked a special milestone with our first-ever Bluerydge Family Day—a celebration of team spirit, connection, and camaraderie.

Held in a relaxed park setting, the event brought together Bluerydge professionals and their families for a day of BBQs, games, and quality time. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering a workplace culture where work-life balance and team engagement go hand in hand.

Building a Workplace That Feels Like Family

The Bluerydge Family Day was created to:

With kids running around, colleagues catching up, and CEO Jim Boekel personally manning the BBQ, the event was a huge success, reinforcing the sense of community that makes Bluerydge unique.

Launching the Bluerydge Family Chat Channel

As part of our ongoing effort to stay connected, we also launched the Bluerydge Family Chat Channel, a dedicated space for:

• Team catch-ups and check-ins outside of work.
• Planning family-friendly events and meetups.

• Providing support, sharing milestones, and strengthening relationships.

   

This initiative ensures that our team stays connected beyond the workplace, making it easier for colleagues and their families to engage with one another
