At Bluerydge, we believe that a strong team is built on strong relationships—both in and out of the workplace. As our community continues to grow, we marked a special milestone with our first-ever Bluerydge Family Day—a celebration of team spirit, connection, and camaraderie.
Held in a relaxed park setting, the event brought together Bluerydge professionals and their families for a day of BBQs, games, and quality time. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering a workplace culture where work-life balance and team engagement go hand in hand.
In the fast-paced world of cybersecurity and technology, it’s easy to get caught up in the mission. However, at Bluerydge, we recognise that real success comes from a team that is connected, engaged, and valued—both professionally and personally.
The Bluerydge Family Day was created to:
✔ Welcome new team members and their families into the Bluerydge community.
✔ Encourage team bonding outside of work in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
✔ Recognise the role of families in supporting the success of our professionals.
With kids running around, colleagues catching up, and CEO Jim Boekel personally manning the BBQ, the event was a huge success, reinforcing the sense of community that makes Bluerydge unique.
